How does the booking process work?
You can book your session by clicking 'Book Online' on the menu above, from there you will be able to chose the type, date and time of your session. After booking you will receive a confirmation email with the details about your session and 45 minutes before your start time you will be emailed the gate code.
Please do check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation or gate code email.
How does the site work?
The site is locked shut at all times to keep you safe. After booking you will be sent the gate code for the day you've booked and this will let you into the site. To improve your experience each session has a 5 minute buffer zone to allow for the previous walker to leave before the next walker arrives.
Do I have the whole field to myself for the time booked?
Yes, you will have the whole field to yourself for your 55 minutes. There is a padlock on the gate which you will be able to use so that no one else can enter.
Is the site safe for both my Great Dane and Chihuahua?
Yes, the site is safe for any sized dog. The site is enclosed by a 1.8m fence with a fine mesh and this will keep your dogs inside playing safely.
How do I get to the site?
To get to the site, take the same turning off of West Road as Hasty's Adventure Farm, then follow signs for West Road Dog Field. You will then have to open a gate to get into the secure car parking.
